Somewhere along the way, coffee became something else. A hobby. A performance. A conversation. Everyone suddenly had something to say about beans, notes, origins, and methods.

We didn’t follow that path.

We like coffee. We drink it every day. We expect it to show up, do its job, and not require a backstory.
