What kind of coffee is this?
GenX Roast is a medium–dark roast. It’s bold, familiar, and built for everyday drinking.
Do you offer whole bean or ground?
Both. Choose what works for how you normally make coffee.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days depending on location.
Is the coffee fresh?
Yes. Orders are roasted and shipped to order.
Do you offer returns?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns or refunds for opened packages or taste preferences.
Do I need special equipment to make this?
No. Use whatever you already use.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet.
